Customized Janitorial

I had the worst service with this company and they did not follow instructions on how to clean my apartment even after I spent an hour carefully writing down what needed to be done. Worst of all after I had cancelled their service they continued to charge me for cleaning my apartment because they had my credit card number and still have not given me a refund (after 6 months) even though I explained to them that no one came to my apartment that day as no keys were left for them and that I had someone else clean my apartment who did have access to my apartment. I will never use this service again.
