When you get a recommendation from your pastors wife, you hope you can trust the service. Sterling was trustworthy and more. Accurate quotes, good counsel, help prioritzing when cash is tight. Quick in and out, clear expanations and an owner who treats you with respect and care. as a business woman and a mom wth college kids whose cars are iffy at best, I trust Fonda and Sterling to keep us safe and out of the poorhouse! Sure the waiting room isn't glamorous, but the fact theat often you can stick around and he'll work you in while you wait is worth it.. and the receptionists are always polite and charming. This is one of the good guys.

Honest, Christian Business. I have brought my car in several times and was never over charged for a service or told I needed something when I didn't. Sterling Automotive Repair is the only Auto shop around that I trust. Shops like these are hard to find.

First time I went to Sterling since the SRS light was on. - Sterling had my car the whole day and said at the end they have one of their equipment was at his home and were unable to check.
After one year when the waranty on that service was over, I made a mistake by going back to him and got couple other things reported with a bill as high as 600USD.

After the service, 2 weeks later I went back with the same problems. This time he gave a dumb reason saying his technician had to go back home and could not attend the car. I had rented a car as an alternate.

The service is pathetic - They calim to provide a drop back home when the vehicle is dropped for service. This is announced in their call waiting too. I had to wait at Sterling for 25 minutes to be dropped back.

There is no news till 2:00PM(closing time is 3:00PM on saturday). I call up to find out. Only ten he starts looking into my car. After the work(which he never did) this guy calls me at 2:50PM. I reach there at 3:20PM to find that the doors are shut. My car was there all that night. Then I went back home and got a duplicate key and drove back my car.

The response of the person is also rude.

I would not go back to this GOD damn Place again. I would recomend others also not to.

This was the best experience i ever had at a automotive repair shop,my car was fixed right at a good price,they gave me a shuttle home and picked me up.I want to thank them very much, I would highly recommend them!!!!

Truely great service.from the girl who wrote me up to the manager who called me with a est.I got a good price and a great job I would like for everone to know sterling auto is the best

this shop turn my peice of junk and made it safe, i do not have alot of money this car should be in a junk yard. but they fix a couple of little things and made it better.i meet the owner fonda,his a truly good man i see it in his eyes, hje helped me out when i have nothing,my the lord bless this man,for is truly a man of men.i never white anything good about any one, these guys are doing it right really right.

came in on a freinds recommendation,they were right,They treated my very nice I drop off my car they called me with an est.they fixed it right the first time they picked me up at the office.Thats all I could ask for it was painless good honest people.I would recommend sterlingauto to all my freinds

I HAD A EST THE NEXT DAY AND THE CAR FIXED THE SAME DAY IT WAS CLEAN FAST AND A FAIR PRICE !!!
